It is typical here to have lunch with “les métiers”. For the price of about 15 euros you can enjoy a nice meal with the workmen: a starter, main course, possibly a piece of cheese and dessert and a glass of wine.
On Sunday evening, “Auberge du rocher” in Dontreix is one of the few restaurants that is open in the summer months. Our guests report very positive experiences about this restaurant, which is only 13 km from Tralaigues.
We find “Les soleils” à Marlanges, also 13 km from the Gîte, a wonderful place to stay and eat. It is possible both at lunchtime and in the evening. The prices are reasonable.
